Free Client Portal for Freelancers

Looking for your client portal? Here is how to get in, whichever side you are on.

CloveDesk has no client login page and no password. Your freelancer sends you a secure link by email, and that link opens your portal.

• Open the email from your freelancer or their business
• Click the link
• View, download and sign what they have shared

The link is time limited and private to you. It only shows what your freelancer has shared with you.

Ask your freelancer to send a new one. They can resend it from their account in a few clicks.

Sign in to your CloveDesk account to manage your clients, quotes, invoices, documents and files. Enter your email and we send you a magic link, so there is no password to remember.

Passwords get lost, reused and leaked. A one-time link to your email is quicker and safer, and it works on any device.

• I cannot find a login button for my client portal. Where is it? There isn't one for clients. Use the link in your freelancer's email.
• Is the link safe to click? It comes from CloveDesk on behalf of your freelancer and opens only your own workspace.
• Can I see other clients' work? No. Each client sees only what was shared with them.
